At Outlaw Leather, we stand by the craftsmanship of our goods and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original, unused condition with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the package back to our warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
